Sugar Sammy seems to have a good time from time to time with the intoxicated heckler.  I saw in reddit where he was SO GOOD and goofing on the crowd that one thread speculated that they were planted there – so Sammy must be a pretty quick wit.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the way his mind works is that he often seems to imitate the person that stands out to him, which triggers associations. Associations are what comedians do best. Also he definitely targets people whom he understands or things he understands, like young Indian people and couples on dates. Doesn’t always work 100%, like the guy who was in the air force.”
