Nonetheless, their creativity did not stop there, as they also offer entirely new inventions. These include a filet mignon taco with foie gras topping. There’s also Kermit in Bangkok for the adventurous, which is frog legs in curry. You can even find cabrito, lobster, and yes, even camel, showing up on the tortillas of the taqueria. And the best thing about it? Their tortillas are always fresh. In fact, after eating it, you’ll be able to smell the corn on your hands!
If you prefer the traditional taco, you’ll love how tender and flavorful their pork is. It’s also not greasy at all. And let’s not forget about the beautiful balance of sweet pineapple and hot salsa on top. Just thinking of it is enough to make your taste buds tingle with pleasure.
