The Hart and Boso crossed paths in culinary school. After settling their dues working several jobs, they finally opened the doors of Twisted Root Burger Co. in Deep Ellum, Dallas, in 2006. The success of their flagship shop is a massive success with the chefs sticking to their roots and their sense of humor. Also, they make it a point to be hands-on to ensure that they only serve fresh, high-quality food every time. 

The burgers at Twisted Root comes with 1/2 pound beef patties. All their toppings are fresh, prepared every morning, and not frozen. Also, they source their buns from local bakers.
